During the listing and escrow period, they looked after our home, even added water in our pool when needed, so it looked its very best for showings. She had excellent professionals she called upon for painting, landscaping and cleaning. She also staged the home. All in all the results were amazing. I have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers over the years. I retired a few years ago. With my wife's retirement in February we decided to move to the retirement community of Sun City, Lincoln Hills. We, of course, needed to sell our Pleasant Hill home. We interviewed 4 different agents and she came out on top. She help staged our house at a minimal cost (used a lot of the furniture we had) and made our house look like a dream. She was very aggressive with the contractors and deadlines while maintaining a good working relationship with all parties in hand.
